Brandalynn ("Brandi") Winchester-Middlebrook, a corporate executive who also has deep experience in the worlds of nonprofit and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., has been named Chief of Staff for Zeta's Michigan State Organization.

She will report to Michigan State Director Angela Philmore, who announced the appointment late Tuesday. Winchester-Middlebrook is Basileus (President) of Lansing's Theta Rho Zeta Chapter.

She works as Senior Vice President of Culture, Community Engagement and Internal Communications for a financial services organization, one of many managerial roles during her professional career.

As Chief of Staff, Winchester-Middlebrook's duties will be varied, ranging from assisting with planning the State Director's administrative and operational activities to identifying issues needing attention and serving as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, according to Philmore.

Her past positions in the Sorority are 1st Anti-Basileus (Vice President), 3rd Anti-Basileus and Undergraduate Advisor at the chapter level, and a member of several state and regional committees, including the Great Lakes Region Strategic Planning Committee.

She was initiated into Zeta Omega Zeta Chapter in Saginaw, Mich.
